Member Awards

The Heralds of Harmony Board of Directors and other organizations confer awards to various members and, in some cases, an outside supporter, for outstanding service to the Tampa chapter. These awards recognise those who have contributed in such a way as to cause a signficant gain to the Heralds and to the Sunshine District.

Those awards are as follows:

  • BOTY or Barbershopper of the Year
  • Annual Awards from the Chapter Officers and Director
  • BOTM or Barbershopper of the Month
  • District Barbershopper of the Year
  • District Hall of Fame

Our Mission

The Tampa Bay Heralds of Harmony Chorus and quartets seek to preserve and further develop the barbershop style of a cappella singing through musical excellence and through frequent public performances for the broadest possible spectrum of West Central Florida audiences, and to contribute to the cultural development of the community through responsible public service.
